RLCWA has also recently begun an 18 month project that will include changing all the water meters throughout our entire system.  The new radio read water meters will be installed by an outside contractor, US Bronco Services, Inc.  The new meters will virtually eliminate the 30 year old practice of estimating water usage and water bills every other month and allow us to provide our customers with actual meter readings and water usage information each month.
